How It Started
Dough Daddy started with a simple idea: bake honest, handcrafted bread using real ingredients and time-tested techniques. What began as weekend experiments with sourdough starters and bagel recipes quickly became something our friends and family couldn't get enough of. Based in Pickering, Ontario, we bake in small batches every weekend so that every loaf, bagel, and bun that leaves our kitchen is as fresh and flavorful as possible.
We believe great bread shouldn't be complicated to find. No delivery trucks, no factory lines — just good dough, made with care, ready for you to pick up on the weekend.

We start with premium, unbleached flours, real butter, and carefully selected ingredients — nothing artificial, ever.
Handcraft with Care
Every loaf is shaped by hand. Our sourdough is cold-fermented overnight. Our bagels are kettle-boiled. No shortcuts.
Bake Fresh Every Weekend
We bake in small batches on Saturdays and Sundays to guarantee peak freshness for every order.
Ready for Pickup
You pick up your order in Pickering, still warm from the oven. It doesn't get fresher than that.
